Amavielle, a German-based artist, works in the fields of painting and illustration.
Her work ranges from figurative illustrations to abstract works. She creates art with a poetic sense of joy in
In addition to interior objects, the love of God and beauty of creation is a source of her inspiration.
I am Jana Mavie and from my second name you can quickly recognize the origin of my artist name "Amavielle". But there is more behind it. The word "amavi" is a form of the Latin word "amare" and means translated "I have loved". Combined with the French word "elle," "amavielle" can then be interpreted to say "I have loved her."
"Let all that you do be done with love." 1. Corinthians 16:14
For me, the art I make is a way of expressing my love for God, His creation, and all the beautiful little things in life. This is also what I want to bring home to my clients. When one of my paintings brings joy into a room and provides a moment of peace and relaxation when it is looked at, I am completely happy and incredibly grateful for my profession.
